The purpose of this blog is to answer the questions that most seniors have regarding a HECM loan, Most commonly referred to as a reverse mortgage.
I sold real estate for 50 years and am most proud of treating my clients the way I would want someone to treat me if the rolls were reversed.
I am now devoting my time and energy to helping seniors to make the right decision as to whether they need a reverse mortgage. Here's a short video of who I am, I feel that putting a face to the blog and sharing my struggles it makes me more human.
